Established in Israel in 1978, Aspen Group Ltd. (Previously Aspen Building and Development Ltd.) is the parent company of the Group. The company specializes in developing residential and vacation apartments and leasing of income producing property for industrial and commercial purposes, such as offices and Hi-Tech facilities, both to the local and international markets.

The Group includes Aspen Properties (1990) Ltd. and Aspen Real Estate Ltd. and other subsidiaries in Israel and abroad. Aspen Building and Development Ltd. and Aspen Real Estate Ltd. are both traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

The company’s strength results from over 25 years of experience in the real estate market, and its income producing property in Israel and abroad, encompassing 250 square meters, leased to approximately 350 tenants.
