Control Structure

Zarom Holding Limited, owned by businessman Rony Zarom, holds about 54% of the Aspen Group Ltd. parent company. The rest of the company’s shares are held by various institutional parties, such as the Challenge Partners Fund, D.S. Apex Holdings, Excellence Investments and the public.
