Kefar Saba – Hi-tech Industrial Zone

Kefar Saba’s new eastern industrial park was constructed by the Aspen Group and is predominantly populated by some of Israel’s leading hi-tech companies.

Currently, the Aspen Group owns two building used for light industry and hi-tech, by companies such as: Espro Information technologies Ltd., Infojean Ltd., Modo Ltd., Shafir Systems Ltd. and more.

The structures are all fully occupied, are in great demand and are managed by a M.A.S Management company that maintains them at a very high standard. Recently, a solar energy system for production of electrical power was installed on the roof of one of the buildings, and it is one of the first of its kind in Israel
