Guy has extensive experience and a deep knowledge of the real estate market, along with a specialization in investment and finances, both in Israel and abroad. Guy is VP of Decima Ventures and is a CPA with a degree in economics and accounting and holds an MBA with a financing major from Bar-Ilan University.

 
 
Shahar Kohavi

Executive Vice President, Business Development

Shahar brings 10 years of experience, having worked with income producing property in Israel and abroad. Was the chief economist at IBC Ltd. of the Fishman Group, experience in international financing and investments in overseas real estate. MSc. in financing from Baruch College NY & BA in Business Administration, the College of Management.

Nir has extensive know-how in the fields of financial management and accounting

He served as a manager at Kost, Forer, Gabbay & Kasierer (Ernst & Young).

Education – Certified public accountant, completed accounting studies at the Ramat Gan College of Accounting.

 
 
Ilan Gifman

CEO

Ilan brings 20 years of management experience, over 10 of them in the real estate field, both in Israel and abroad. Before joining Aspen he served as CFO of Industrial Building Corporation Ltd. of the Fishman Group. Ilan is a CPA and has a BA in economics and accounting from Bar-Ilan University.

 
 
Tamar Herzig-Peled

Executive Vice President, Marketing.

Tamar has 5 years of experience in real estate. She previously managed customer service in Manhattan, New York, at El- Ad Properties (owned by Yitzhak Teshuva). At the IBC Ltd. of the Fishman Group Tamar was regional marketing manager for southern Israel. Tamar has an LLB and an LLM from Tel Aviv University

 
 
Tzila Pascal

Corporate Secretary

Experience in management and diverse knowledge in company secretarialship, in marketing and in advertising in Israel and abroad. Diploma (B.A.) in humanities from Tel-Aviv University, Studies abroad in business administration majoring in marketing. Previous position was as the assistant to the company secretary and to the CFO in IBC Ltd.
